Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and currently works as a therapist at an Aurora-based animal assisted therapy private practice for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Amanda moved to Colorado in 2018 from Baltimore, Maryland and joined the Daisy Chain team after being inspired by its mission that encompasses her passions of working with animals, people, and the land. Amanda is a huge animal lover and believes wholeheartedly in the therapeutic connection between humans and animals. Amanda is passionate about sustainability and urban agriculture. She raises chickens and honeybees and grows a vegetable and fruit garden every summer.
